The Career Center at the University of Kentucky provides job listings, resume consulting, career counseling and experiential work placement services for all UK students and alumnus. The center also contains interview spaces for recruiters from major companies to discuss job opportunities and hire students and a large resource library containing computer stations for web research as well as a full library of printed material of major companies throughout the world. The structure contains approximately 14,000 square feet on two floors. Located on Rose Street adjacent to the main campus, the building occupies a prominent street frontage and serves as an interface between campus students and returning alumni and corporate visitors. Its traditional architecture identifies it as a University of Kentucky structure and its clock tower serves as a directional landmark to visiting guests.
